When will I receive my order?
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill. After that, shipping times vary depending on your location:

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the location best suited for your region.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

• Ask neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby

Do you offer refunds?

Can I return or exchange my item if the size doesn’t fit?
Because all of our products are made to order, we typically don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, we understand that situations can vary — and in certain cases, we may be able to help when possible.
