When will I receive my order?
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• UK: 3–8 business days.
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a global on-demand fulfillment network. Your order will be shipped from the location best suited to your region to ensure efficiency.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

• Contact your local post office to ask if they’ve received your package
• Ask your neighbors if it was delivered nearby

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Incorrect or mislabeled
To request a refund or replacement, email us at kugo@talesofimaan.com with the subject line: RETURN ISSUE, and send the following within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order:
• A clear photo showing the issue
• Your order number
• A short explanation of the problem

Can I return or exchange my item if the size doesn’t fit?
Because all of our products are made to order, we typically don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, we understand that situations can vary — and in certain cases, we may be able to help when possible.
